LISA M. WEAVER / ATTORNEY
Lisa (Maffei) Weaver is a native of Baldwinsville, New York. After graduating from Princeton University, she spent several years on the Mississippi Gulf Coast working in advertising and marketing for the casino/hospitality industry before attending law school at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon graduating from Tulane, she began her legal career with Balch & Bingham, LP in Gulfport, MS, working on a variety of regional real estate and corporate transactional and litigation matters. Upon her return to Central New York in 2007, she spent ten years as an attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC in Syracuse, NY, focusing on corporate, and residential and commercial real estate matters of all degrees of complexity, before opening her own practice. Ms. Weaver currently focuses on all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, further counseling clients in matters involving civil and real estate litigation.
Ms. Weaver resides in Baldwinsville with her family (husband - Richard Weaver, daughter - Gianna, and son - Rocco) and is an active member of the community. She served as the President of the Baldwinsville Youth Soccer Association, a not-for-profit volunteer organization offering over 550 families a year a positive environment in which to learn and love soccer. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and finds solace in a good run.

KRISTY BRIGHTMAN FRAME / ATTORNEY
Kristy Brightman Frame is a lifelong Central New York resident. She received her undergraduate degrees in biology and economics from Syracuse University and went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from SUCOL, Ms. Frame went on to work for Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC in Syracuse, New York focusing on corporate law and real estate law. In February 2017, Ms. Frame took a hiatus from practicing law to manage the political campaign for Ben Walsh – the first independent mayor of Syracuse – where she led all operational and legal aspects of the campaign. After serving as the Executive Director of the Walsh Transition Team, Ms. Frame returned to the practice of law, where she focuses on residential and commercial real estate law. Ms. Frame also practices in the area of land use, zoning and municipal law, and currently serves as a member of the City of Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals.
Ms. Frame resides in the City of Syracuse with her husband, Michael Frame, and two dogs, Syra and Moose.

JOHN A. MANCUSO / ATTORNEY
John A. Mancuso received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. After graduation, Mr. Mancuso spent ten years as an associate and partner of Harris Beach PLLC in Rochester, New York, where, for the past several years, he lead the Land Use and Zoning practice at the firm. Mr. Mancuso focuses his practice on municipal law, land use and zoning, including reviews undertaken pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and real estate and appellate litigation. Notably, Mr. Mancuso acted as land use and zoning counsel for del Lago Resort & Casino, a $425 million casino development in Tyre, New York. Mr. Mancuso also regularly counsels clients with respect to property, title and boundary disputes, lakefront boundary and access issues, and landlord/tenant disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Mancuso served as an extern for the Honorable David G. Larimer, United States District Judge for the Western District of New York. Mr. Mancuso also previously served as a lecturer of Real Estate Law at Ithaca College. Mr. Mancuso resides in Rochester, New York with his family (wife - Katie , son - Anthony , and daughter - Adelyn).
